I, like a lot of people, love food. I often find my days, especially weekends, revolve around it. Finding new places to go and gobble up some brunch or somewhere cosy for some coffee are much-loved pastimes of mine.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve uncovered some new places to eat, so why not write about them in a blog.

Redemption, Notting Hill, West London.
Stumbled across this place by accident one cold Saturday morning. I needed feeding and warming up quickly - it very much delivered. Chia, gluten free oats and buckwheat porridge topped with banana, blueberries, date syrup, coconut milk and roasted almonds. Bursting with flavour and goodness. 3-word description; going back soon!

Boulters Lock, Maidenhead.
Recently spent a really lovely Friday evening here. Fabulous food and fabulous views looking over the River Thames. I always try and go for something different when I eat out. My starter was amazing; Ballotine of English Lamb Shoulder, quince in pistachio, baby leaves & cumin tuile. Definitely something I couldn’t rustle up at home. 3-word description; five star food.

John Street Café, Perth.
When I was in Australia with GB earlier in the year, I was lucky enough to find this small café by the beach. Some of the tastiest smoked salmon I’ve ever tasted and the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. 3 word description; simple yet delicious.

Bills, Marlow.
A big weekend brunch is sometimes my way of rewarding myself after a hard week of training and games. My reward recently was a trip to Bills. I have a real soft spot for peanut butter so of course I chose the peanut butter and banana French toast offered on the menu. It was as yummy as it sounds. 3-word description; cosy Sunday morning.
