Make a small change change in your diet and feel a big difference by trying Shona's overnight oats by following the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • ​150ml St Helen’s Farm Semi-Skimmed Goats’ Milk

  • 2 tablespoons St Helen’s Farm Natural Goats’ Milk Yogurt

  • 1/2 tablespoon Cacao Powder

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 30g Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)

  • 50g Oats

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

  • Desiccated Coconut to sprinkle on top (optional)

Method

Blend the milk, yogurt, banana, cacao powder, and if you would like, protein powder in a blender. Transfer the mix into a bowl, add the oats and chia seeds, and stir well.Leave it covered overnight in the fridge and enjoy the following morning! As an optional extra sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top.
