It's been a mad start to September meaning I've only just had time to sit down, put my feet up, get my laptop out and write this blog. I've already put my honest thoughts on paper about my hockey journey in August (find it here) so this blog will be about all other things.
Firstly, September 4th 2017 was the day I watched one of the golden girls, Hollie Webb, marry her best friend. Just as it should be, the newlyweds looked incredible and never stopped smiling all day (and neither did I.) A huge congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Pearne-Webb.
The following day, slightly fuzzy-headed, I drove back down to the South and moved into my new flat. A quick public thank you to all those who have put me up over the last 2 months, had me over for dinner and helped me out with my washing - THANK YOU! It feels like such a relief to finally have my own place, not be living out of bags and know where everything actually is.
My plan for August was to stop binging on peanut butter and refrain from eating it straight out the tub with a spoon. Challenge completed.Thankfully, though, I didn't have access to Meridian Cocoa & Peanut Butter....If you haven't tried it and love peanut butter...do! September is here so it's time for a new resolution for this month. My idea's are drying up a little so if you have any suggestions please do let me know. Because I really enjoyed July's 'photo a day' blog, I've gone with a similar theme.
September's goal is simple and small.
To write a memory a day
I bought this new cute little book last week and thought it would be really cool to keep this up. Some of my friends have done it and said they stopped after a year or two and regretted it. I'm hoping to keep up the five years.
